ASTRONOMY AND SALT: SPECIAL GUESTS

The UN have declared 2009 the International Astronomy Year and the POSIDONIA FESTIVAL joins the celebration planning special activities such as “Let's Visit the Sky”, a nocturnal observation organized by the Barcelona Aerospace Agency.  The festival also pays homage to the restoration and recovery of Formentera's salt works showing the documentary “The Salt of Formentera” by Carmelo Convalia and organizing a round table with historian Santi Colomar and the director of Formentera's Salt Works David Calzada.
